The service
Tangofy is an app for playing tango milongas, used in the browser at play.tangofy.app (and as a desktop app). It is free and supported by ads; by using it you accept these terms.
Your music
Audio files stay on your computer and are never uploaded. You are responsible for holding the rights to use the music you import and play, for example at a public milonga.
Acceptable use
Do not use Tangofy for unlawful activity, do not try to bypass its protections, do not disrupt the service and do not generate automated clicks or requests on the ads. We may suspend an account that breaks these rules.
Third-party services
Importing and playing from Spotify needs your own Spotify account (Premium for full tracks) and follows Spotify's terms. Ads are provided by Google AdSense. We are not responsible for these services.
Warranty
Tangofy is provided "as is", with no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Back up your data from the app regularly. To the extent allowed by law we are not liable for damages arising from use of the service.
